 As a Legislative Advocacy Team Member of the National Voters' Day Initiative, your role is pivotal in the journey towards establishing National Voters Day as a federal holiday. Your efforts will encompass:

• Policy Analysis and Development: Delving into the intricacies of existing voting laws and regulations to identify pathways for the integration of National Voters' Day. You will help draft policy proposals and amendments that support our mission.
• Legislator Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with lawmakers, their staff, and other governmental officials. This involves scheduling meetings, presenting our proposals, and persuading them of the benefits of a National Voters' Day.
• Campaign Strategy: Collaborating with the team to design and execute campaigns targeting specific legislative bodies or officials, using tailored messaging to gain their support.
• Advocacy Events: Organizing and participating in lobbying days, public hearings, and other events where you will represent the Initiative, advocating for the passage of National Voters' Day legislation.
